Warranty & Returns

Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufaturer.

Our guarantee covers any defect in material or workmanship occurring under normal use within 30 days of purchase. If we must return equipment to the manufacturer for repair, and there is a charge, customers will be billed at cost for the charge. Send a detailed note describing the problem on any item sent to us for repair, your daytime phone number, E-mail address, and date the item was purchased (if possible include a copy of the invoice).
Please inspect your order carefully and notify us immediately of any defects in manufacturing or production.


Contact Skydivezone prior to returning any item.


Googles, due to being a high use/high abuse item, are not covered by this guarantee.


Unused equipment returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery. However, no equipment may be returned to SkydiveZone without first contacting us.


Returned products will only be accepted for credit if returned within 7 days of purchase and the product and packaging are unused in original condition - SkydiveZone reserves discretion to credit returns and reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.


A note with full explanation must accompany any returned item.


Refunds if made, will exclude the shipping costs.


Additional shipping will be charged on exchanges.


Video tapes & DVDs cannot be returned if seal is broken.


Custom made equipment cannot be returned unless it is for a manufacturer's warranty issue.


Please inspect your order carefully once it arrives and contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy whatsoever.
